SDB-005 is a synthetic cannabinoid based on indazole, which has been sold as a designer drug online. It is presumed to be an agonist of the cannabinoid receptors CB1 and CB2. The indazole core analog of PB-22, where 8-hydroxyquinoline was also replaced with a group of naphthalene, is SDB-005.
Originally, the code number SDB-005 was used for another compound, N-phenyl, instead of the N-benzyl analog of SDB-006. This compound is a potent CB1 receptor (Ki = 21 nM) and CB2 (Ki = 140 nM) receptor agonist.
